So training is over...
True Fitness Malaysia will become the first gym in Asia Pacific to start CXWORX in their gyms.. Unfortunately, I am not in the instructors panel to teach this in TF..
My bet is for Fitness First to take it.. Saying it is easier than done, it will be a while before can finally get it in other gyms.. So meantime, it's just training and retraining ownself at home :)
