CX6

Omg.. CXWORX 6 is evil.. especially Track 2.. if you cannot bend your hip 90 degrees, you are going to face problem..  in a circuit style training of 4 reps.. hover and back with plate to bring up to the legs... fuck wei... it's toughest CX track 2 ever...

Track 1, 3, 4, 5 is okay.. Track 6.. gosh, I felt like the back bone can break.. we're like swimming on the floor!! Complete with duck feet tapping! And arms wide open just like doing breaststroke..

Good luck to those taking the module training which is coming up in Singapore next.. And I say, GOOD LUCK!! :P
