CXWORX 5 was easier than release 4, I felt.. maybe because we were trained in 4 and had to do countless times again and again - till our elbows and knee peel skin.. Training was tough.. but nobody said getting 6 or 8 pecs is easy.. CXWORX5 I complete all without much pain.. Still no class to teach but doesn't really matter at this point of time..
Well - at least Judy King now knew that I am trained for CXWORX! Maybe when I visit her in Vietnam one day, she can let me team-teach with her, since I can't do much in Malaysia for now..
Oh, Gorgeous Fitness taking over WOW Fitness.. that's a great news to the future.. hopefully they'll retain/increase my classses!!
