What surprised me is the fee structure.. I know it's gonna cost me AUD$349 but I didn't know the actual cost is actually only AUD$299.. the balance AUD$50 is for certification.
Which means, certification during training is possible.. I shot the question to LesMills education department and they only told me there wasn't any definite decision.. I guessed they made a decision already, at least as far as pioneer batch is concerned..
According to LesMills, there can be only three ways to certification:
1. Submit video of teaching a full class on a single release
2. Attend AIM1 (advance instructor module 1)
3. Live assessment (selected areas only).
That's all..
But since CXWORX is new, they probably need to certify instructors asap.. Having said that, well... its 24 days to go till training.. and while counting down, expect me to go gym daily to train the core and abs to prepare for the hell..
Because nobody said instructors' training is easy.. it's perhaps one of the hardest trainings in the program, but undeniably, the best :)
