Yay.. first post on my journey

You see.. I write about everything...

This is to share my journey to become a CXWORX instructor with everyone around the world..

CXWORX (formerly known as CX30, which happens to be a car's model), is the newest LesMills program to hit town.. A 30-minute format class, CXWORX focuses on the core.. CXWORX really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body.. It’s ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention..

The way I did the class, and the way I see it, is the fastest way to 8 pecs.. Really, really is a abs killer.. you cannot feel your abs after the class...

Here's the video intro..

And so, today I submitted the registration form to sign up for the module training set to take place in TF Taipan on 1 & 2 October.. The 2 day training costs me AUD$349, the most expensive LesMills program to date.. And so far, only two gyms in Malaysia, I heard, will be taking the license, which is good news to me to be in the pioneer batch in South East Asia..

I have a goal for this.. to be CXWORX presenter in 6-12 months' time and to become a CXWORX trainer in 1-2 years..

In last Sunday's workshop, I listened diligently and did all the moves as perfect as I can.. It's an abs killer, especially Track 5 of the current release: whereby sitting on one side of the butt with one hand for support and both leg raised and cycle alternatively.. as the move goes, both legs move together then back to alternate legs.. all in all, I think this track is a crazy 5 minutes long..

The training will be done in the current release - CXWORX 4.. yes, it has been one year since it debut in Australia by program directors Dan Cohen (who also is program director for Bodycombat) and Susan..

This blog.. is for me to write my journey to share it with you...

Yes, welcome to my world.. welcome to my journey to become a CXWORX instructor.. to be among the first instructors in Malaysia and the region..

Adios~~
